Director of Paid Social – Agency


Our client, a digital marketing agency is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social .


  • Serve as a thought partner
  • Increase the team’s bandwidth for partnering with clients, particularly across Facebook and other social channels
  • Manage day-to-operations in accounts in accordance with recurring processes
  • Manage a series of weekly analysis and performance documentation related tasks


  • Managed performance digital marketing programs across Facebook for 4+ years
  • Managed clients with direct purchases and lead targets with specific efficiency goals, i.e. CAC, CPL, ROAS
  • Ability to articulate channel best practices and process for effective management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze account performance and summarize conclusions
  • Ability to export and summarize performance data in excel
  • Experience with additional social channels: Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok
  • Experience managing creative production for social channels
  • Managed performance digital programs across Google Ads, Bing Ads
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience measure lead funnel maturation, i.e. Lead2MQL, MQL2SQL, SQL2Opp, etc.
  • At least 1 job title includes the word “Growth Marketing” OR “Digital Marketing Manager”, “Facebook Ads Manager”, “Paid Digital Manager”, “Paid Social Manager”
  • At least 2 years of industry experience
  • Should mention specific improvements to performance metrics across Facebook
  • Should have experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Have managed $6M+ in annual paid social ad spend
