Growth Marketing Manager – Brand

Our client, an eCommerce company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, test and refine online and offline channels to grow revenue: Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, Affiliates, Referral and others
- Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels
- Optimize planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics and scorecards to improve customer acquisition, retention and LTV
- Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing (media, creative), and always identify new ideas to optimize CAC
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in integrated marketing
- Track record of analyzing funnels and conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions
- Experience leveraging marketing automation tools
- A scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
- Have a strong work ethic, love of testing, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Effective communicator with internal teams or external vendors
- Highly analytical. Have the ability analyze and translate data into actionable plans.
