Director of Integrated Media – Brand


Our client, a consumer healthcare company, is looking for a Director of Integrated Media. 

Role Summary

This newly created position, Director of Integrated Media, will be a key marketing leader in a high growth, PE backed company.  This is a senior role in the marketing organization and will have significant exposure to Executive Leaders.  This role will be responsible for developing long-term, creative and innovative integrated media strategy that builds awareness, traffic and conversion to support the significant YOY growth of the business. He/She will be working alongside a high-performing cross functional team to create innovative media plans, budgets and KPIs that accelerate growth across channels.


This role requires a strategic problem solver, with a high degree of business acumen, to effectively manage a nine-figure media budget across all media channels.  He/She will set critical and ambitious objectives for growth while ensuring effective execution through data-driven decision making, continuous improvement and change management.  Must have experience effectively leading, influencing and developing teams. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees media buying strategy, campaign creation, optimization, and rigorous testing strategy for full-funnel, multi-platform marketing strategies aligned to business priorities to achieve KPI targets.

  • Works directly with leadership team to define marketing strategies and activities and ensure they are integrated with other parts of the business and align with corporate objectives.

  • Develop and drive lead growth strategy via paid media channels ensuring repeatable and scalable results.

  • Lead and direct an internal team along with external agency partners.

  • Lead oversight of all aspects of media investment: budget management & reporting, invoice & billing reconciliation, etc.

  • Drive continuous optimization of the marketing plan in reaction to business performance.

  • Institute rigor to test/learn capabilities across media channels.

  • Improve data and analytic capabilities through improved targeting, measurement, mar-tech/ad tech tools and process improvements to drive incremental growth.

  • Focus on audience management/data capabilities to effectively drive full funnel marketing – adoption of GA 360, Facebook AA, etc.



  • 15+ years of performance and mass media experience.

  • Prior experience successfully leading and inspiring diverse teams.

  • Execution-driven, growth-oriented, customer-centric ownership mindset to drive performance against agreed KPIs.

  • Hands-on comms planning and/or media planning experience, including familiarity with all media channels and planning/buying methodologies.

  • In-depth understanding of planning, buying and measuring all media types, including National TV, DRTV, SEM, Social, OTT/CTV, etc.

  • Development of measurement frameworks and experience with attribution models/other testing methods.

  • Relentless focus on data-driven decision making; ability to use data to influence others and inspire action.

  • Strong knowledge of Martech, Ad tech and self-service platforms available in the marketplace.

  • Experience planning, implementing and reporting on A/B testing programs and customer segmentation optimizations
