Director, CRM & Lifecycle- Brand

Our client, a cultural grocery delivery service is looking for a Director, CRM & Lifecycle.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Lead strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion and success against KPIs by leveraging email, push, app and sms channels
•    Translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required designs, data, segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic content requirement
•    Drive analysis on customer attribute and behavior data to produce actionable insights to embed into lifecycle campaigns that drive business strategies and value
•    Develop multivariate experiments to test hypotheses to optimize performances across the lifecycle channels
•    Establish strong relationships with Product, Data Science, Design, and Engineering counterparts; collaborate on prioritization for roadmap and resolve dependencies
•    Interpret campaign performance data and turn them into actionable business insights and campaign improvement recommendations
•    Establish a rigorous analytical framework and manage the reporting and performance of all lifecycle initiatives; present regular performance updates to leadership and stakeholders
•    Support cross-functional initiatives by serving as a thought leader across the company, providing consultation and best practices for CRM and customer engagement
•    Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM/lifecycle marketing team
•    Own onboarding and development of new marketing ESP  

Qualifications:
•    7+ years of experience in consumer-side Lifecycle, CRM, Retention or Engagement Marketing
•    Proven track record of setting up promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns that drive growth, retention, and winback
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
•    A deep understanding of the CRM technology landscape and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
•    A great communicator who can tell the full story at all levels within the organization, bringing all stakeholders along with them
•    Experienced operating in a hyper-growth/start-up environment and scaling new marketing channels from the ground up
•    Motivating and challenging teams and individuals at all levels of an organization, both direct reports and cross-functionally
